Welcome to An Unraveling!
What is this page about?
An Unraveling is all about the healing journey, the process of becoming more wholehearted with each passing day.
It is about learning what it means to love God, ourselves and others with our whole heart.
To know Him as one does a friend.
To come home to ourselves.
To act justly and do mercy.
By no means am I an expert in any of this, but simply wanting to share where I am in the process and hoping to hear from you as well.
Why is it called An Unraveling?
When you think of the healing journey, what image comes to mind?
Personally, I picture a large clump of knots and the patient process it takes to unravel them.
The journey to recovering our whole selves and understanding what it means to love the Lord with our whole heart begins with unraveling. To let go of the narratives that once served us in favor of the truth.
At its core, An Unraveling is about making straight the pathways in our heart.
And who are you?
Hi! I’m Morgan!
A lover of The Trinity, intentional questions and baked goods.
When I am not writing, I am teaching organizations in what it looks like to steward trauma and cultivate safe spaces.
I currently live in LA with my husband Jon. You can typically find us cooking an absurdly elaborate meal and sharing it with others.
My hope is that this publication can both encourage and equip you as you discover life and life to the full.
Why should I subscribe?
By subscribing, you’ll get access to:
Weekly essays that explore a topic related to loving God, ourselves and others wholeheartedly.
Intentional prompts and resources for growing in these areas.

But what does a paid subscriber get?
Great question.
By becoming a paid subscriber, you get all of the above plus:
Access to the Resource Roundup - a monthly guide of tangible tools to help you grow deeper in a specific area.
